  The homely feel that the hotel had, lovely big dog that was beside the reception occasionaly and the big fire in the restaurant at dinner time. The staff were great, friendly people, very warm and welcoming. Although not all staff spoke English, we found one of the girls did and she was very helpful, everyone else was still very friendly towards us... 别人怎么说 » . - The hotel owners were fantastic!   The hotel was excellent and exceeded my expectations of a three star hotel. The staff were not only professional but also welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet was top class and the evening meal delicious. Good location for ski bus and gondola.

  Staff pleasant and helpful. Swimming pool enjoyed by the kids. Restaurant excellent. Ski school very good. - It was very convenient: in the centre of the village and very close to the ski bus bringing to the slopes.

  Excellent value for money for a single occupancy room. A good example of true Swiss hospitality: relaxed atmosphere, simple but well kept, cozy and clean.
