The best view of the mountain I enjoy from the room. The breakfast is better than the other. The Receptionist is a kind, cheerful lady and she likes to answer your questions. The location is walking distance from the station and town centre. Stay there 2 night is not enough. I will be back again if I have time. Great location, just a short walk from the railway station. Was in a balcony room with an incredible view overlooking the mountain. The room was clean and modern, very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was included and a good start for the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
所有评语 » All the staff were excellent. The room was large and really clean. Good choice for the continental breakfast. They gave me a lift to the train station the day I left so I didn't have to drag my case up the big hill. In a quiet location with spectacular view of the Eiger. I really love the mountain scene from our room!!! I is excellent. Though a little bit far away from train station, but it worth. Breakfast is also good, staff are helpful, and help us to arrange transportation to train station due to we have a lot of luggage. Location is just super,,, Room Balcony is Ice on the cake specially where the hotel is located. Staff are very very good and so helpful.. Lots of respect for customers. The North Face of the Eiger was framed by my bedroom window. Stunning view! And breakfast is included in the room rate. Grindelwald is a great place for day walks. Room was simple and clean but had a great view and with small balcony overlooking mountain. Walking distance to town center and railroad station. Unbeatable view of the mountain. perfect for a trip to the glacier. Can buy a mountain rail ticket in the Hotel. Be aware its 170 Euro. Mount Eiger view from Balcony ... Near to train station .. Very beautiful view from hotel room ... Clean room with great views in good location. Comfy beds. Location, view, quiet, breakfast, wifi, soaker bathtub. Good location, amazing view of the Eiger. Location is excellent. Breakfast was ok. Fantastic views! Great breakfasts!. everything was nice. Amazing view. Great location with only a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Ample free parking and a great view from our room. The reception provides good service. Only downside is no kettle/coffe making facilities in room, although you can have a flask of hot water for 2 CHF which lasts a good 4/5 hours. Actually nothing to say, just feel that why wifi need additional cost and the signal is not strong. Rooms are bit Old style.also no lights in the corridors specially beside Steps.Can be very danger with those wet shoes on.. WiFi only really in the main Hotel which could be a bit of a pain if you plan your next stop late in the evenings. Nothing. Room a bit hot. Basic breakfast, would have like more choice. No wi-fi. Bar was not open on the day we visited, so had to have a long walk for food. No reliable wi-fi (cost €5 per device and had trouble with it dropping out all the time. Not acceptable in this day and age!). nothing bad. Pillows and lack of free wifi which is available most other places. Bathroom and shower too small. nothing. no water kettle,.
