Very frienbdly, perfect rooms. Staff, especially concierge and valet were very nice and accomodating. location. The staff are great!! Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and have everything you would need.

Therefore, it is convenient.The first week of August id Fete Geneva...a little loud in rooms do to activity outside till early morning.Get rid of those useless baths so you can make bigger showers. Also, change the toilets for ones that do what they're supposed to do: flush all refuse away, instead of just whirling it around.The standard double room with lake view was too small for a 5 star hotel. The bathroom was tiny.Not very big bathroom. The room with lake and garden view in the first floor not much of added value.rooms are too small for such price. Expensive, small rooms.room was smal. road noise (we were on 3rd floor), hallway noise (we were opposite servants room), room was small for the price (valentines night), no extraction in the bathroom. I found the lighting of the room too dark. The lamp to read in bed is too far away.Luggage was EXTREMELY SLOW both on the way in and out. Poor value for money for what it really offers. Cramped old style rooms.The rooms decoration was very old and consumed.Rooms are very small.

The in-room dining is available around the clock, as well as the MET Rooftop (except during seasonal closing) . Our concierge team, true destination expert, will be happy to suggest partner restaurants suiting your tastes just a few steps from the hotel, located in the heart of downtown.
