Also the breakfast was good except I would have liked to have had more croissants and bread.The hotel was in the city center and you can reach every region of thecity very easily.Perfect location, next to Central Station. Location of the place. closed to the trein station. lousy hotel.... not value for money... there is dust all over the room...It was just an older hotel, so even though it was kept clean, the carpet was worn, there was a dripping sound from the floor above, and it was a bit less comfortable than a newer place might have been. However, we found that security, pleasant staff and LOCATION outweighed these, and the hotel met our needs for an inexpensive overnight stay near the airport.Unplesant smell from toilet. russian tv. The hotel was looking very old and it needs some renovation.No WiFi available (even though you can pick an unprotected network up from the neighbours), Breakfast is quite poor (bread, marmelade, cerials), Shower was hand-held and could not be attached to the wall.Bathroom smelled and rooms need thorough upgrade.They should have atleast a refridgerator in the room so that one can store things for some time.Most reviews we had read turned out to be true..however, for Geneva it was a good deal and a great location.Unfortunate though that despite having indicated we prefered non-smoking, the room not only smelled cigarett-y, it also had ash-trays on either bedside table. Also, we had specifically requested a room not overlooking street, and were given one anyways. (but it was quiet enough). No internet connection, 4. Not recomended for the family with childeren. The floor creaks when walked which would affect people living down a floor. Furniture is outdated. Breakfast is too simple. There was no cheese, no meat, no yoghurt, nothing. The plumbing in our toilet was poor.the cleanliness of the room needed inprovement, and the hotel could benefit from a refurbishment. Cleanliness - overall poor - carpets grotty - brekfast poor - hotel needs a good makeover - expensive for the standard - could be made very attractive. 1. The staff , when i checked in asked for advance payment which is not speciifed either on the hotel website or elsewhere. 2. There is no lock at the toilets.3. Breakfast was just for name sake.Over priced, poor breakfast. The clasification does not correspond to the hotel.
