My husband and I stayed only one night. The staff spoke English to us, which we appreciated. The staff were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We were given excellent instructions to use the tram (our first time on a tram) to get to the old town shopping area. We liked that the hotel was environmentally friendly, for example card activated lighting while in our room. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. We may not be in Basel again, but do not hesitate to recommend the ibis to fellow .
所有评语 » Quiet hotel, really helpful reception staff. Excellent location for transport links. Breakfast is really good and worth paying extra for. Room was spotlessly clean. This hotel is superb value for money, especially given that Switzerland is generally very expensive. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They dealt with everything with a smile and went out of their way to help me when I had problems with my Wi-Fi connection. The location is very convenient for Basel SBB station. The public transport pass was an added bonus. Very helpful staff allowed slightly early check in, provided excellent locality info-especially about the mobility pass for tourists(free public transport!) A very nice add on breakfast was good value Great access to public transport. Great location in easy walking distance to the centre, and with on site underground parking. Really quiet rooms, so easy to sleep - love this in a city. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The staff was friendly, the room and bathroom were clean, we enjoyed the breakfast as there was everything we needed (eggs, ham, coffee machine). Good stay! Not enough hanging space or cupboard space; price. only one small thin bath towel, no hand towels in the bathroom. Thought it had just been missed but we only got one the next day too. Nothing. Sheets were stained and not changed Shower floor broken Small room, small bathroom/ shower door with a hole which lets water flow outside. not enough toiletries. small towels. no mini-bar. no hot breakfast.
