  Staff were so courteous, helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a gorgeous double room with incredible breathtaking 180 degree mountain views as it was our anniversary - complimentary tiramisu on arrival and scrummy Lindt heart-shaped chocolates on our pillows every night. Rooms were very comfortable, well designed and well decorated, and with balconies (in our case looking onto a beautiful view). Large TV and very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. There was an excellent sauna and pool area and best of all was the outdoor heated pool with a wonderful view of the mountains opposite!

  Great hotel for a value ski trip. Perfectly clean room, good breakfast, nice location. Staff could not have been nicer. - Staffs tried to help us as possible as they can. I was sorry too. Breakfast was delicious and great.
