  I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

  I really liked my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The staff was very polite and answered all our questions. The service was prompt.   We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor.   Very close to the main station and to Arlanda Express. The room was very small (as indicated on the web site) but fully functional. The Vasa Museum and the Nordisk Museum sa well sa Scancen are very close. You can take the Hop on Hop off bus to see the central Stockholm - the bus stop is not far from the hotel. The breakfast is good, the staff is polite. The hotel is very small.

Reception is open 24/7 so had no problem checking out at 2 in the morning. It's a quick Tunnelbana to T-Central. For me, the old portion of the city was within a very comfortable walking distance.
