  I was so impressed by every single services in this hotel. Even though I often stay in five-star hotels in Scandinavia, there are not worth pay for the price compare to this hotel. They upgraded my room without asking, and amazing thing was having very friendly and helpful staff with high professional attitude. The price is rather high - The hotel's location is perfect in the middle of everything with a fantastic view on the Royal Palace. The staff is very friendly - beyond even what one would expect in a hotel of that class. Tip: Instead of the buffet breakfast (and if you don't have the breakfast included in your package) eat a la carte in the bar with the view on the Palace - breath-taking!

  I really liked my stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. The staff was very polite and answered all our questions. The service was prompt.   We had a very comfortable stay, in a nice ambiance which was astethically pleasing building, with a nice breakfast. Once our stay was over, we did recieve a swift and appropriate response to our complaint made the evening before, ref the lack of service we felt we recieved in the restaurant on the 12th floor. We lo - Breakfast is great, with big variety of dishes. Located in Sky City of Arlanda Airport, so you just need to go out to get to terminals. Very good for early travelers! Rooms are new and comfortable. I loved shower! Bathroom is perfect. If you travel before breakfast time (5am) you can get some food near reception. Soundproof rooms. You don't hear the airport noise at all.

I was expecting a very medium hotel from the pics and instead we arrived to a new, beautiful, shiny and clean hotel! Very good value for the money, and the staff was extremely helpful and nice! Now as for the location - perfect locat - Excellent location just off Stureplan allowing access to great shopping, and all the parts of the city that one would like to explore. The friendly staff simply showcases the level of professional but also proactive behavior that one would like to find in every hotel. We also appreciated the parking service provided. Sleek multi-charger next to the bed was very handy.
