  I booked the "small room" which was offered at a very reasonable rate and was delighted with the room, whilst it was smaller than the normal rooms due to a very good design it still felt spacious and luxurious. The gym which Berns guests can use at the grand hotel was also excellent and a real treat to use.   The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance. In particular a young man called johan who booked taxis for us, helped us get onto guestlists for clubs etc...
