  The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance. In particular a young man called johan who booked taxis for us, helped us get onto guestlists for clubs etc...   I absolutely loved this hotel. Great location and just a 10 minute walk to the historic old town and the ferry to Djurgarden. The rooms are clean and quiet and furnished in modern Danish design.
