  The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance. In particular a young man called johan who booked taxis for us, helped us get onto guestlists for clubs etc... It had more of a htel feeling than a backpackers hostel, and it is more family-oriented than wild backpackers. Our end was a like a nice hotel, with the use of hostel facilities (ie cheap washing machine, kitchen, kids toys, guidebooks, info). Being there in the winter, the room was nice and warm. Many TV channels including programmes in English. Can even buy stamps at the hotel.
