  The staff were very friendly and more than happy topoint us in the right direction and give us tips in where to go. The hotel was very cosy and had a lovely homely feel.   This is a really nice hotel and one of the best I have stayed in. As others have said it is centrally situated and right across the road from the Arlanda express. My single room was really well thought out and very comfortable and practical. Breakfast was excellent, in quaility , quantitiy and variety. The hotel is not far away from the centeral station(takes about 10 mins to go on foot) and is located in the main street of Stockholm. When I did have a question, I picked up the phone in the lobby and spoke with very nice staff who fixed my issue.

  Stockholm is expensive, this hotel is relatively affordable. Don't expect a very fancy hotel. It is situated in an appartment block and you need a key code to enter the hotel. Once inside, there is no staff to be found but an enveloppe with your name on it with the key. The room I had was for a single person and was ok.
