This must be one of the best places I've ever stayed at! I don't easily give a 100% rating (possibly haven't done it before), but this should be the first time. This place is a special gem, and you must not bypass it if you're in Suriname! The staff is extremely friendly and nice and helpful, and they go out of their ways to help! The hotel itself is immaculate, has a nice atmosphere, and is squeaky-clean everywhere. To top this, the room rate for all you get is very friendly.

Nice, clean place. New, restored in traditional style. As it has been opened recently, it needs to be decorated a bit more. Friendly people, internet. all staff and owners extremely friendly people, as well as professional, if I come again in Paramaribo I will stay at hotel "Palacio" again. The staff were very friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make our stay a good one,. great location, helpful and friendly staff, clean, spacious and comfotrable room. Exelent staff and great breakfast. Location very convenient to walk to main sites. I liked that the staff was very friendly and ready to please. Friendly staff. Difficult to find anything wrong. Never thought I would write this in a review.... There is no bar, it needs to get a little bit more soul. The beds are not that comfortable and the kitchen sometime got the breakfast order mixed up. breakfast, though complimentary could have been more appealing. I didn't like that I could not get wifi in my room. Airco light couldn´t be switched off and lights up the whole room. Only stairs so you have to carry have suitcase up the stairs.
