  Beautiful setting, comfy and very clean. Pool just as clean. Lovely, friendly staff especially the manager Chandama who was delightful. Delicious breakfast - wish we'd stayed for dinner. Easy access to Hikkaduwa but much much nicer area. Not luxurious but lovely.

  The location was excellent. Calmer part of the beach. We stayed in a Deluxe ocean front room and had a beautiful view. Very friendly and helpful staff. 15 minute walk from the train station or a 150 lkr tuk- tuk ride. The buffet breakfasts were very impressive, western options as well as some Sri Lankan options.   Location is everything, Rita's fronts onto the best part of the beach and is close to the best surf break in Hikkaduwa. Very helpful staff and a pleasant environment to stay in.   The breakfast was plentiful, with spacious rooms which are clean and tidy, the swimming pool is another plus point. High value for money and friendly owner's. It was a 2 minute walk from the road - Great location, away from the busy main road. Friendly helpful staff, and an awesome room.
