  The staff are so friendly and helpful, by email and in person. The rooms have to have the best city view in Spain, it was like staying opposite St Paul's Cathedral, and at night this amazing illuminated building filled our view, the rooms are modern and bright, the ac welcome and the electric blinds made for a good night's sleep.   The staff and the location. - I was in an annexe of the hotel, just around the corner from the mainbuilding. As such, it was very quiet and private. The staff wereextremely helpful and welcoming. Also, the location of this hotel issecond to none, very close to the Plaza del Pilar.

It looks like Zaragoza is a little undervalued by tourists though there are frie - The warm welcome that we received from Natalie on our arrival, to our accommodation, to the city of Zaragoza itself, were all the highlights of our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with cooking and laundry facilities. The welcoming bottle of red wine was also a treat.Parking is at a premium, but we were able to park in the street directly opposite the Hotel. I would certainly recommend this Hotel without hesitation.

  After some problems with our train, we got at the hotel very late at night, and even so we were very well received. It was a great feeling going into the room after such a tiring day. We had lovely days in Zaragoza, especially because of the great location of the hotel. The staff was also very friendly and gave us good tips of what to visit and where to hire nice bikes for a reasona - Staff was very attentive when we discovered after departing to Barcelona we had left something in the room safe. They worked seamlessly to get it to us by courier & everything including passports were delivered! The breakfast was extensive in the Sunday morning we ate it. The pool was a wonderful way to spend some time relaxing after a day of travel. A very comfortable room & luxurious bath. Again, we thank the staff for their conscientious help in securing our left items.
