If you guys want to be successful you need to change some things. Your place is wonderful, ideal for few days to escape from the city. Among many things the most important is try to be as flexible as you can when you don't have that many guests. Your staff needs to be trained a bit more. They are nice but obviously need some guidelines to reach a 4 star customer service level. Lowering the prices is a good start but you need to do more than that. Remember, you do want your guests to think abo.
