  We arrived late (10pm) - the receptionist was excellent - short- circuited the check in procedure, escorted us directly to the dining room and alerted the kitchen. We then enjoyed an excellent dinner served by attentive and friendly staff.   What a great hotel! It's very quaint and a romantic setting. The hotel is designed to a high standard. Alex and the team are so friendly and professional. Your made to feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Great food and very reasonable. The rooms are spacious and very clean with all the added extras of toiletries and mini bar!
