  The hotel is run by a mother and daughter. They were charming, extremely helpful and fluent in English, French, Spanish and probably more! The location was perfect and quiet too, being on a pedestrianised part of the street. Lovely breakfasts served outside overlooking the beach in the sunshine.   My husband and I stayed at Hostal Alba during three weeks in Yuly-August this year. It was the best of all our vacations! We travelled a lot and this was a chance to compare.   had a great week at the hotel simeon. a stone throw from the beach,bars,and resteraunts. made to feel welcome by the owners,rooms cleaned every day and fresh towels.simple breakfast but plenty of it.i dont no if the man at reception was the owner or the owners son,didn,t catch his name,but he eas very pleasent 'every day we discust the weather,and... 别人怎么说 » he aranged a taxi for me and my girlfriend,very nice man and he know,s how to run a hotel. when i stay in tossa again it will be at the simeon,even i - Highly recommended!! The hotel was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Perfectly located in the centre of Tossa, just one street back from the beach, it was surprisingly quiet at night. Despite appearing shy, almost unfriendly at first, Joan the owner turned out to be a really nice man with a sense of humour and always willing to help and make us feel welcome. His English is also excellent!
