Great location. A very modern apartment with all mod cons in a very old part of Seville. We could walk everywhere. Car park close by but difficult to find without help. Would recommend for family or a group of friends. We will definitely stay their again. A group of six would need to share ensuite bathrooms as 3rd bedroom is living room. For a family- perfect. Maria was very good and provided a very good overview of the city with recommendations of what to do and see.
所有评语 » Great location, very modern spacious apartment with all amenities provided. Very helpful host when there was a difficulty with our booking. We were moved to another apartment for our last day which was equally well appointed. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Great apartment. Has everything you need-dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. Located in a quiet area & safe building. Well designed apartment and looks new. It was perfect for a family of 4. Great place, almost new and very modern. Location is perfect. Bike hire 30mtrs away, bars n tapas all around, fresh produce market and city centre a 5 minute walk. Would stay here again for sure. Close to most attractions, very convenient and easy to find a parking space. They provide everything a traveler would need including washing machine. Very clean and modern apartment. Close proximity to all the local sites including bull fighting ring and flamenco restaurants. It is very clean. It's close to all the main attractions but on a quiet street, it is very modern and spacious. Very nice apartment, everything you might need. The staff was very responsive. good location,nearby everything,,nice place,good apartment for family. Beautiful and spacious! Near to all tourist sites. the staff and the service. strategic location. We were on the ground floor, top floor may have been brighter with a terrace. Minor point as we were out most of the day. We would have liked to receive confirmation from our host about our check in details as there is no reception. It is by pre arranged meeting. Just a couple of minor things. The shower has nowhere to put the soap, shampoo. And the plumbing could do with a look at. Shower in the main room and hand basin in spare, flood when in use. I'm sure these issues can easily be resolved making these apartments almost perfect. There is no reception. Customers are supposed to arrive and check-in on time. The check in proccess is not very good,we were a litlle late and the person waiting to give us the keys called us and was very impatient. When you check out you have to leave the key inside, so there is no chance to come back in if you forgot something, which was our case,we called the emergency phone but nobody answered for an hour, and then it took about another hour for somebody to come. They don't take cards at check in either,only cash, again this is inconvenient. - there is no reception, you have to call them so they could meet you there to give you keys. - the living room has a sofa bed but if you are going to sleep there pls take onto account that both bathrooms are ensuite (so you have to go via bedroom to get there). :). We liked everything!. no. Wifi problems. No wifi top floor. No towels top floor.
