This was the most perfect place to stay during my trip to Spain. It was close to the bus routes, not too far from the city center. The family running the place was very welcoming and spoke perfect English, the room, en suite bathroom and kitchen were very clean, modern and tidy and the free wi-fi had consistently good connection. It certainly was a pleasant place to stay, they made me feel just like home. I most definitely will come back to stay there and would recommend this place to others.
所有评语 » Everything. This was a fantastic pension with lovely modern rooms. Bathroom was excellent. My room was great and comfortable. There was a TV living room and a small kitchenette and dining area. The breakfast was supurb with fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs, and many other choices to eat. Rosa and Carlo were wonderful hosts who sincerely cared for their guests. Should I return to Sevilla i will surely stay there again. All perfect. Real value for money. Owners are operating the hotel and very very friendly pleople. You will be suprized. Incredible clean and modern. Everything you need is there and all bra-new. 3 mins walk and you are in the city centre. Hotel has great living area-loby, very confortable. Many local (not touristic) cafes, restaurants, tapas all around.100% satisfaction. Arkadaslar hic dusunmeden secin bu oteli. We arrived after a long drive and were met with such a warm welcome. Our host sat with us and recommend places to visit and where to eat. We followed all the recommendations and were not disappointed. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We came away feeling that we had stayed with friends. Would defiantly recommend and indeed already have. Extremely good value. The BB sent me an email in advance telling me how to reach their place. A lovely and very friendly couple. The host gave me a very detailed description about those attractions to visit. The hostess prepared breakfast herself in the morning. The room is clean, modern and appealing. The BB is less than 15 minutes walk from main bus station (Plaza de Armas). Rosa and Carlos were the loviest, most helpful hosts I have experienced. They treated you as a friend and had great advice for sightseeing. The breakfast was wonderful. Pleasant room that looks out onto a pretty central courtyard. Nothing was too much trouble and even had laundry done. Recommend this accommodation very highly. Friendly owners/staff! They helped me find points of interest in the city. Essentially, it is like having a personalized tour guide of the city! Bargain price for a large family. Great home-made breakfast! Highly recommend to all travelers who want to get a local experience. Pleasant owners. Sarah wants to please us inside, Carlo wants to please us outside. Nice people. Carlo has a way to speak spanish that is nice for non spanish speakers (slow !) The breakfast is a must : where do they find such sweet oranges ??. Owners were very nice. Breakfast was wonderful each morning. The room was very good for our family, though a little small for the five of us. Owners' dinner and tourist recommendations were spot on / excellent!. L'accueil incroyable des hôtes (rosie welcomed us with a hug and her husband carlo explained us everything we wanted to see) The shower is just unbelievable with music inside !! we felt we were in our family. - kindly treatment - opportunity to meet and talk with different people - very comfortable location (for russians, almost everything was beside) - opportunity for cooking - beautiful rest-rooms. Everything ! Lovely family run hotel. The owners are very friendly and do everything to make you welcome. Home cooked breakfast ! Location is fantastic too. This place is a gem !. Rosa and Carlo were very friendly and tried to help with all that they can. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was great and a lot. We would back again there. The hosts were extremely accommodating and friendly. Fully renovated building with modern design. Friendly owners and "live with a family" concept of accomodation. Excellent breakfast. everything but especially the really warm welcome and sumptuous breakfast with such friendly hosts and other guests. Carlo and Rosa where fantastic. I would stay here again! We felt so welcome and the breakfast was soooo good!. Everything. Hosts are amazing people. Felt like home. This hotel has 5 rooms. Unfortunately 2 of them is at the underground level which causes no windows. There is good and modern airconditioning but you may not prefer these rooms if you have clostrofoby or something likethis. Nothing. Nothing, except the bed is a bit too soft to me. Nothing. There's even a fridge to put your food in. Babies and italians teenage girls are noisy in this B&B. Parking is difficult and pay lots are expensive (15 euro per day). Nothing. - humidity (bit it's almost all over the country). Nothing. Nothing to not like about the accommodation. Humidity. We had some problems with heating. Neighbours behind the wall at 8 am start working with hammer and drill. Nothing.
