great location. a short walk to the harbour. in the centre of the shopping areas and right beside the restaurants area. Friendly staff. Excellent room for a very good price. the room was good and location was very good. Wonderful start to my holiday. Much nicer than expected in great location with parking. just as described but better!. I was upgraded to suite at no extra cost, also I liked the coffee bar for morning coffee.

Can't think of anything. there was no pool. the restaurant in the hotel was very expensive and there was not a great selection of food on the menu. No. The WiFi is only in the lobby and cafeteria (same level). The cafeteria was almost always filled with people smoking so we had to sit on a couch in the lobby with our laptops to use the WiFi. The matting in the swing doors is not suitable. It lifted and stoppedthe door in my presence.no tea/coffee making facilities in room. A small breakfast included (not the full buffet), would be nice.The rooms are a little small for a 4*´s hotel. I was lucky that I managed to get a place in the car park otherwise I could have been parked a long way away from the hotel as it is situated on a busy corner. The uncomfortable bed. I am 6 months pregnant and asked for someblankets - I only got one blanket on the last day. So I did not sleepthroughout my stay some of the staff did not understand my request. This was not a four star hotel. The room was basic, the foyer was small and compact and the lifts frequently were broken down. Ten Euro to use the internet for the porpose of of on-line check smacked of "rip off".
