The location is excellent, its in the old town and right in the hustle of the city. There is also a Lidl 30 seconds walk away which had 0.25C beers! Ibon, the owner, was extremely helpful - giving us information about restaurants, tourist sites, etc. We stayed in two rooms - a double on the second floor (the grandparents) and the apartment on the sixth floor (family with 2 small children). Ibon is renovating the building so there was no elevator but this will be finished in a few weeks. And, as active people, this did not bother us at all.   This was a very pleasant pension. We had a double and a single room for our daughter. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was quite well located with only a ten minute walk to the old town where we spent a lot of time. The coffee which is free was lovely.
