  The pension was spotlessly clean. My room was stylish and modern which isn't always that case in Spain! The bed was really comfortable and there wasn't much noise from other rooms which was great. It's really close to the Playa de Conca but in a quiet street so not lot of noise. It's definitely a step up from - The 'pension' is a delight. It is a small, family run enterprise in a back street, about four hundred yards from the main beach and eight hundred yards from the old town. It is spotlessly clean, recently refurbished and well run. The boss greets you on your arrival, sees to your very need and helps you with directions to a private, secure car park facility one hundred yards away. I would go back tomorrow - or whenever I next go to San Sebastián.

  I stayed in a triple room with two other friends. The room was lovely. It is one of the few places I've stayed where the picture of the room looks exactly how it is. The beds were comfortable and the shared bathroom was not a problem, there are three really nice bathrooms for only a handful of rooms.   Couldn't possibly get a better location, right in the heart of the old city and within walking distance to everything. Staff are really friendly and gave us such a warm welcome and farewell. Don't be put off by shared bathrooms - 3 bathrooms for 6 bedrooms means no waiting and it seriously felt like the bathrooms were cleaned after every use.   We spent the day in San Sebastian on the worst of possible days: terribly cold, rainy, stormy weather and the famous strike with everything imaginable closed: no bar or restaurant open to get a drink or lunch! The staff also agreed to allow us to pick up our bags late in the evening (after we had checked out), due to us having to catch a late overnigh

The owners were considerate and helpful, allowing us to leave our bags there all day after we checked out as our flight was not leaving until the evening.   This is a super little hotel perfectly situated in a quite road about a 10 minute walk from San Sebastian’s “old town” and 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants and shops.   Free parking a huge plus in spain. There was a big lot in back of hotel. 2 km to zurriola beach and parking there is very reasonable or you can just walk or take a bus. The staff was very helpful and very nice rooms and also very quiet at night and early morning. Exceptional value! - It is 20 minutes walking from zurriola beach.
