Situated in the centre of San Sebastián, Pension Bellas Artes is just 10 minutes’ walk from the famous La Concha Beach and the Old Town. Rooms include private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi.
The décor has rustic touches such as stone walls, yet rooms are painted in bright colours. They are heated and include a flat-screen TV. A laptop is available to borrow free of charge. Some rooms have a balcony and some are adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
There are many bars and restaurants in the area surrounding the guest house. Reception is open 24 hours a day and staff can provide tourist information and recommend restaurants.
San Sebastián’s train station is around a 10-minute walk from the guest house and trains go to both Madrid and Barcelona. The EuskoTren Station, for trains to France, is less than 100 metres away.

Lovely little pension in a perfect San Sebastian location! Our room was
small but unique in that it had a little balcony area with a breakfast
table. Beds were comfortable, the shower was awesome, and the
proprietors were very nice.
Very good address for a trip to San Sebastian. Walking distance to the best places in town. Very good cost-performance ratio. Clean and modern room, good bed, functional bathroom.所有 评语 »
Clean rooms and service, friendly reception staff. Well located, just 10 mins walk from bus station and 15 mins wall from Old Town.
Everything is very clean and the neighborhood is quieter than old town.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff, clean and simple. Lovely room and perfect location.
the genuine friendlyness
of the staff and basque people in general..
Really lovely staff and great location.
Staff was very helpful and polite.
location, access, staff, room.
Staff was very accomodating.
Quite good location, people friendly and helpful. The old quarter with
tapas bars we really enjoyed. The beach is only a bay.
Friendly man at reception.
Large room and bathroom.
We were offered use of the fridge, so we bought breakfast food, but we
never saw anybody to unlock the door to the room it was in when we
needed it. We ended up throwing the food away.
No English spoken.
Rooms are tiny (pretty much the size of a small double bed with a 25
centimeter margin around it). The owners don't speak English, it
would have been a bit tricky if my boyfriend didn't speak Spanish.
The WiFi connection in my room was very poor so I had to sit in the hallway to get access to the internet. Also, none of the staff spoke any English so it was difficult for me to communicate with them, especially when I had questions about the city.
Room was small for a triple, and it was expensive for what it was, but maybe not by San Sebastian standards.
Little English spoken, bed very cramped at end. It was very hot and only
one little fan. Cheapest close parking was down at the beach, which we
had a lot of trouble with the ticket not working on the day we wanted to
leave. Ss in summer is very hot and crowded.
Rooms very small, booked triple but got a small double that cost the same.
Very noisy, could hear everything. No air-conditioning.
