  We especially liked the fact that the hotel is located in a very interesting shopping center, which is furthermore very close to the old center of Santiago and the bus station.   Carmela was so lovely and friendly straight away. The most warming hotel owner I have came across (giving me a great big cuddle) and she catered to all my needs, printing off boarding tickets, storing my luggage etc. She even packed me a breakfast to take to the airport.   Open space, very good breakfast. Central although one had to use car to go to city centre but otherwise very convenient to reach motorway.Very very clean. I would recomment it to everyone. - The staff were very friendly; excellent value for money (the standard of accommodation was very high)
