I loved the location of Hotle bang on in front of the beach , on the famous strip of San Antonio were u get to see the island beautiful sun set. Hotle is great for relaxing after a night out very chilaxing place which was what i wanted . price was good too for location . Best breakfast I have had on hoilday and size of room was huge. Stuff were very helpful and lovely too. The staff were wonderful. I suffered a medical problem & they could not have been more helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We will certainly return as this is an ideal hotel for older couples who wish for a quiet location. It is ideal for the famed sunsets & is perfectly placed for the beach & with good access to the resort of San Antonio.Thank you.
所有评语 » Had a room with an amazing sea view. Nice pool area. Huge garden area for relaxing. Close to restaurants and bars. And popular beach for all ages across the road. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, nice pool, enough beds along the pool, good location, just outside the noisy area of the city but just 5 minutes walk to the boulevard, free wifi, value for money!. Very helpful staff despite this being a large complicated group booking. Ideal location to stroll down to the cafe mambo and away from the riff raff. The hotel was really clean, the staff were very helpful and the location is superb, just at the end of the Sunset Strip. Rooms cleaned everyday, clean pool area, reception. Friendly staff & a great sea view & sunset at night. Hotel proximity to beach and town centre. Very pleasant hotel grounds. The swimming pool, the garden. The breakfast was awesomely rich. Staff were very helpful and pleasant, hotel was very clean. Location, garden, swimming pool with WI-FI. Staff very friendly Good location if you want to have quiet nights (20 mins walk from town centre) Had a late flight and they offered us to pay additional €30 for the room and we could stay until 8pm, very good offer. The staff were rude. I don't know because we were Americans but both the lady ad gentleman was Not helpful and un professional. The price. Location. I can not really complain here , just decor of room was a bit undated , and dinner was lacking options. It's not necessarily a complaint, but maybe some variation on the evening meals would be nice. The food was very good, but the variety of choice was a little limited. However we enjoyed dining at the hotel. Small car parking area. No refrigerator in the room. Found hair on the bed sheets. Impudent stuff. The rooms are to old). Wifi was on/off, worked mainly in lobby Room furnitures quite old, but price is reasonable Food okay, but would not book half board again. Staff. The floors were filthy and the staff were ignorant. Clothing taken from my bag.
