Very good value for money hotel. Good quality rooms , decent bathroom as well for the money . I have often paid more for less quality than what you get here . This looks like a family run place and all the staff seem very happy to meet you and all are very friendly . They accomodated me very easily when I needed to make a change to my booking while I was there.Just 7/8 mins walk from the Sunset Bars ...Kanya / Sugar Sea ....and 3 mins to the West End / Waterfront area ...Location is good as wel.

From the size of the rooms, to the two balconies we had, to the cleaning lady everyday- to the friendly staff (both in the day and at night!) we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Night porter even helped us with our Spanish learning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone :) hotel so close to everything. The people in the hotel where always realy nice. The food was the best in thiss hotel! We where not happy with the frist room because of the ventilation. And then we get without any problems a better room and also with a balkanie. Staff was very kind And friendly, good food And drinks and position very comfy to reach heartcity, bus station for beach And airport at the end of holiday. San Antoni belongs to english people, always drunks and mads ;). The woman of the Hotel was very Friendly and helpfull. The situation is perfect, really near the West End and the beach. The pool of the Tropical Hotel that you can use for free is really cool too. The staff were friendly and remembers us every day. The food was amazing for the price. The location is spot on. It's walking distance to the westend but far enough away for a good nights. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and pretty comfortable room, good location near the West End of San Antonio. Very good food downstairs at reasonable prices. Excellent overall value. Excellent staff - very friendly, helpful and always with a smiling face..... Value for money, nice and clean rooms, walking distance from the good places to go in San Antonio side. The room was much much bigger than expected. We had new towels everyday. The location was great, close to everything. Price was pretty fair. It was very clean, near the heart of San Antonio and cheap. staff were awesome beers well priced food was good. The location,The cleaness. Had no problems to report at all ..a very good stay at this hotel. No air on in rooms, although this is just being picky. Pool not with hotel, but you get a pass to the hotel tropical's pool which is literally a 1 minute walk. Some rooms dont have a good ventilation. No wifi or air conditioning. If I went again I would put the money I spent on my international data plan toward a hotel with both. The location is good if you want to be near the West End but it's kind of far from the bus station and the bigger clubs in San An than some other places. They didn't have their own swimming pool (though ticketed entry to the other hostal's pool is free). Nothing. no visitors to your room. The night porter was unbelievably rude and refused to let my sister into our room one night because he didn't believe she was staying there. Rooms don't have AC, but it wasn't that hot when we were there. No air-con. there is No parking. Rooftop view from a single bedroom,the concierge at night would'nt believe me I had a room at the hotel.
