  We liked the friendly welcome from Nacho who is incredibly helpful and kind. We loved the supreme comfortable beds and pillows and how well equipped the apartment is. The decor was perfect for our taste in fact our favourite colours.   The hotel was very relaxing. The staff were great. They were helpful and very nice with our children, 10 & 12 years old. It seems to be a fairly new hotel. We had adjoining rooms, one entrance with two further doors after that. The rooms and bathrooms were huge. Large showers, huge step into baths, lots of closets and separate toilets - Very Relaxing location, helpful staff and we had a small problem in our initial room but was quickly moved to a lovely room and they could not have been more helpful.
