  We had a short stay at the Amapola and could not have wished for anything more. The location was beautiful with the lake to the rear and the beach 5 minutes away.   Fantastic pool-side with the couches at the front The music was great- no need for my headphones between 10am and 10pm! Decent and varied brunch until midday with eggs and toast to fruit and cereal. The self contained rooms are decent in size and reasonably clean with daily housekeeping to make your bed. Aside from requesting a double bed and getting 3 singles (pushed together) which my boyfriend ended up sleeping in the crack every night, the place was very good value for money and i'd recommend for a place with a 'lively' atmosphere!

  Great and cosy hotel, with nice rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool area was very calm and relaxing. Breakfast was good as well. - Like Porto Petro very much and this accommodation is great value for money, with fab pool at the rear plus lovely breakfast.
