  The staff always helpful and friendly. We had a great stay... Our dog as well! We will definitely stay there when we go back to Palma. - Quite good kitchen. Only thing missing was microwave. Cousy apatment. Cafeteria staff ware super frienly. Location was good.

  Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  Everything was amazing - I wanted to practice my Spanish and they were so patient with me and told me the words when i wasn't sure. The staff were the best I have ever come across they went above and beyond, Manu made the best drinks with his own twist and was genuine with a brilliant sense of humour and wa more like a friend, Diane and Jemma were... 别人怎么说 » so so lovely made my husband and I feel so welcome and you felt felt like you had known them for a lifetime, and Tomeu the director was excellent so - The stuff was really frienly, it was as we came to our close friends or relatives to spend our vacation! They tried to do everything to make our stay pleasant and they really did it! Plus, good rooms with a lot of space even if it is a single room! Certainly, good food in the morning and perfect dinner in the evening! Everything was delicios! Also my parents said there was best sangria in the town (and I believe them as they tried it a lot in the town)

  The location was ideal for a lazy day/eve in the port. The hotel is clean and functional for a short holiday. It was nice to sit on the outside terrace in the morning overlooking the harbour. The barman and reception staff were friendly and helpful.   Great and cosy hotel, with nice rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool area was very calm and relaxing. Breakfast was good as well. - Like Porto Petro very much and this accommodation is great value for money, with fab pool at the rear plus lovely breakfast.
