  What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. We were told the complex was fully occupied, but we saw only a few other guests and other then by the pool we heard no voices. The bungalow had everything we needed for self-catering and even though we planned to eat out, we used the local - The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk.   The villa is located in an easily accessible and quiet part of Puerto Del Carmen. It was very clean and felt like a home away from home. The villa is large and spacious and the heated swimming pool was great for our large family of 8. There's a small grocery store and a supermarket a few minutes walk away so it's easy to stock up the fridge.   Location was great, 5 min drive to Famara beach. House very spacious and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Had a very nice stay here. Will definately return. - Owner was very helpful and friendly, accommadation was modern and large and new. Parking was very easy. Shops were easy to get to by foot, and local bars.
