  I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.   Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. We stayed at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and on the day of the birthday the manager sent a bottle of red wine.   These villas are the perfect location for all persons wanting to stay in Playa Blanca. All rooms are clean and light. In fact, the photos on this site do not do the villas justice as there is a lot of floor space inside the villa. Villa well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenage girls (Nintendo Wii in Villa a great idea). Staff very helpful and prompt when dealing with any minor issues or queries. Villa about 20 minute walk to center of Playa Blanca (only €3 in Taxi). Excellent family holiday, we will stay there again.

Top animated for me and my children. - The staff were fantastic. Never met such a friendly bunch. They would all go out of their way to help. Entertainment for the kids from mini club through to evening events was perfect for my 3 and 6 year old boys. Rooms have been recently refurbished and were of an extremely high standard and spotlessly clean. We had a sea view which I would throughly recommend.

  Apartment size room with separate living room and with exceptional views. Went halfboard and food was fantastic -numerous selection to choose from for both breakfast and dinner. Nice warm indoor pool. We paid 103 euros for two people /night during half term for half board and found this was exceptional value. The beds were amazing and had many great night sleeps. We also got upgraded to suites which was fantastic with nice views of the beach. The spa was also very much enjoyable. Linda in reception was fantastic and very helpful. Shame she wasn't around when we left. Excellent member of staff.
