  Very helpful at reception! Accommodated our request for a third night even though the hotel was full for San Mateo!   Outstanding service from the staff. The hotel is very clean and apparently recently renovated. We requested a handicapped room for my dad once we arrived and the staff kindly accepted our last-minute request. The breakfast buffet in the terrace was the best we had during our 10 day road-trip in Spain. In any case, we got excellent recommendations for us to drive to. - First, we were greeted with the most warm welcome. The front desk staff are very helpful and eager to please. The room was large but the bathroom was on the small side. The room they allocated us had two twin beds that was a little too soft for our liking. They moved us to a room with a King bed that was really nice and comfy. Location is good for exploring the wine region.
