  The staff, particularly Andy on reception, were amazing. I did, through my own fault, have a problem with my booking but it was sorted without any drama and our room was very good. The bus which takes you to The Alhambra Palace stop - Great city centre hotel. Stylish and comfortable. Parking was in a public underground car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel offered valet parking service and help with bags. Rooms a high standard with separate bath and shower. Close to centre of city, restaurants, bars and Alhambra. Gin and tonics in the roof top bar were very welcome after long drive.

  We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after.   We enjoyed everything, service, rooms, staff all was excellent - couldn´t find a fault even if i tried....if only I could stay longer to enjoy the day. It was very convenient to drive to the Alhambra (5-10 min drive) and city bus number 4(catch it around the corner and across the street) was very convenient to go into the city of Granada.   The staff at reception particularly adrian and monce(not sure this iscorrect spelling)were as helpful and courteous as I have come across - Right in the miidle of the action. Big indoor swimming pool. Nice tapas bar downstairs ("Bodeguita de en medio") where for each beer you get a little tapa. Breakfast is excellent. Nice lounge area.
