  Location (bus routes, reasonable shopping mall, beach all within short walk. Quietness. Small, only 48 apartments. Clean, very friendly cleaning staff. Almost whole day sunshine at the pool. Kitchen corner working and rather well equipped. - The whole complex was spotlessly clean.
