Great inside and out, book-lined walls everywhere, comfortable couches, high, beamed ceilings, the whole place is full of character and peaceful, day & night. In Room 5, from one window we could see mountains in the far distance and from another window, lovely garden views and ancient buildings. A very comfortable, spacious and private sitting room adjoined our bedroom. Great location, right in the heart of the old town, a few minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor.

The interior belies the exterior of this building. Do not be put off by the apparently nondescript entrance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The wifi a bit weak in the room but good down in the lounge area. It is a nice quiet situation but be prepared for a 30 minute drive for the visit to Caceres.

This was wonderful, a real gem, beautifully furnished and luxurious with every comfort. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, anticipating problems negotiating the narrow streets of Trujillo and recommending 'phoning so they can meet guests and help them find the hotel. Beautiful.

We only used this guest house as a one night stopover and therefore was not able to use the facilities available. It is a lovely modern property and we were made very welcome but left to our own devices as the owners live off site. We think it is an excellent place to stay if exploring the city and district. Especially good for a family stay.

This is a great hotel with good parking and fast wifi. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable, plus It's only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Trujillo. -
