  The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, something we have found lacking in our stay at various hotels abroad. The room was very clean and comfortable and there were lots of little touches to make us feel welcome. The location was also very good, a few minutes walk from La Ramblas, but not close enough to be bothered by the noise. It wa... 别人怎么说 » s also a 10 minute walk to the main bus station. - This was my favorite hotel I stayed at during my trip. The room was beautiful. The facilities were fantastic, my son and I had a swim and the room had all those little extras that you might have forgotten. The best thing about this hotel though was the staff. We recieved a lovely welcome, they were fluent in a number of languages so our English was no problem. They were fabulous.

  Everything was top class, from service, comfort, facilities and staff.   Staff very nice and helpful.I would say the nicest hotel staff I've ever come across to.Reception and rooms very nicely decorated.Internet access in each floor.Very conveniently situated;closest metro station is Urgel (5min) and a bus stop is right outside the hotel.Only a few min away from Placa Catalunya by bus.Bus A1 to the airport stops only a ... 别人怎么说 » few blocks away from the hotel.I definetely recommend it - The staff specially the female reception at day time and the male reception (that is the white male gentleman in black suit,sorry I did not get their names) were very very helpful.
