  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people.   From the moment I arrived I was looked after, great personal sevice. Antonio had said as I was travelling on my own he had put me in a bungalow close to the pool so it would be easier for me to interact with other guests. So nice that he had taken the time to think about the reservation before I arrived.   This was the best hotel holiday I have ever been on. Pure luxury and relaxation. Something that makes a holiday for me is the staff. Without question this hotel has the finest collection of people working for them - cleaners, porters, waiting staff, reception, spa, all wonderfully friendly and attentive without being in your face. We really liked the adult only aspect of the hotel which made it very quiet and serene. We also used the spa which was excellent. We stayed on a B&B basis and there are lots of reasonable restaurants within short walking distance along the beach. All in all a lovely holiday.
