  Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway. The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view. The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked. BTW, the price is also attractive and it counted for our decision to stay at Bellavista Mi - Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

  I'd often walked past this hotel on previous visits to Playa and loved the look of the pool but wasn't so sure about the actual accommodation. How pleasantly surprised I was.   We lived in a spacious juniorsuite with great views of sea and forest. The staff was lovely and very helpful. There were good hikingtracks closeby, the best: Los Tilos. We rented a car for the whole stay and drove around the island to explore every day. The hotel was a very good base to get back to in the evening (especially the jacuzzi!). We bot - We really enjoyed this hotel. We had an enormous and comfortable room with a patio overlooking the pine covered slopes down to the sea of the north coast of La Palma. Great location for walkers and lots were there. Very friendly and helpful staff including a Brit (? manager or owner) who recommended a lovely route for the next day and gave us a book with pictures of La Palma to read in the cosy bar with a log fire before dinner.

  I found Vista Bonita to be very cosy, friendly and accommodating. The hotel wasn't overlooked so privacy was great and as we were high up on the mountain side out views were amazing. A quiet, relaxing, hotel in a fantastic location was just what I wanted and received. I loved the upstairs downstairs apartment i felt very at home there and found it met all my needs. The hotel isn't too b - It was very relaxing, very pleasant and warm host, it was clean, loved the location as it gave you a feeling of being in a community once you came onto the street. The hot jacuzzi was just absolutely lovely especially late in the evenings. Unlike other apartments, it had two floors with a toilet downstairs and a toilet shower upstairs, that was definitely a bonus as you could entertain downstairs get to know the person prior to moving upstairs if you wanted to (ps: i was a solo traveller ..lol)
