  Hotelowners were very friendly and gave us a lot of usefull information about what to do in Granada and the surroundings. Nice, quiet and clean hotel in a typical Andalusian style.   This property has been renovated and they have attempted to make it a little funky. It is well located within walking distance to the town, restaurants and bus stop to visit the Alhambra, which is a must.   We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. They even have a very good room for disabled people. Dinner and breakfast were good. Staff was friendly, but you have to speak a bit Spanish, English is poor. The hotel is located on a beautiful spot, about 2,5 kilometers from Torres on the a hill.   Excellent: good sized appartments for family of 4 - good ammenities, air conditioning, balconies. A peaceful and an interesting part of the city to stay in - it was really good to see a 'slice' of Spanish life pass by.   The staff at the Portago Urban we're very friendly and accommodating to our needs during the stay. A requested room change was done with no drama and they assisted with some business issues I was having at the time. I really cannot thank them enough. You are in a nice part of Granada not too busy but near a bus stop that takes you straight to the Alhambra. - We liked the design of the hotel. Very friendly at reception, day and nice. We enjoyed the very nice roof terrace. Very quiet although in the old part of town. And for us of great importance the very high quality of beds and the viscoelastical pillows. Difficult to find.
