We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartments were basic but clean. The numerous pools were lovely and not over crowded. Plenty of beds available by the pool. The staff were fantastic, and the bar/restaurant had lovely food and great offers on drinks and also had entertainment every night. The location was so central, 2 minutes to the New town, 5 minutes to the old town. The only negative (I don't want to write it in the negative column as it wasn't anything negative against the complex) was .
所有评语 » Appartments were spacious, clean and well maintained. The entire complex was cleaned each morning, pools cleaned daily and treated each evening. Loads of sun loungers, all looked new and again well maintained. Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent and good value for money. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the restaurant staff and Evan in the pool side bar, very welcoming, friendly and brilliant with kids, ensured everyone was included in activities. All in all, really enjoyed. The complex was split into 4 parts and had a pool for each area. Plenty of sunloungers and room to sunbathe. The staff were friendly and there were offers on at the bar as well as happy hour. You could also have a full cooked breakfast for a reasonable price. We were told it was at the top of cardiac hill but it only takes a couple of minutes not as bad as it sounds and there's a supermarket outside. i love it because its staff are great, they are very clean,its food is great,you could spend your day there and not have to leave, daniels bar is great ,and daniel makes it a great place for children. he is an asset to alantis las lomas..this was my 2nd time staying. once with kids and another wit a group of friends. Lovely pool area-plenty of loungers. Very well kept and maintained grounds. Spotlessly clean. Appartments old, but clean and serviced(cleaning/towels etc) regularly. Great location-near to beach, restaurants, night life and shops. Short transfer time form airport too about 15 mins. i very much enjoyed my stay at las lomas. This was my second stay, there were no problems. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much to ask of them. I would strongly recommend to friends. The exterior was excellently maintained cleaning and painting daily. Staff were very friendly. Very good location just up the hill from the main strip and the beach. Lots of swimming pools. Love the location as it is close to the town and everything you need, also the staff and restaurant staff are all really friendly which is great :). Great location only a 5 min walk to beach and the many shops, bars and restaurants. Swimming pools were great and lots of spaces to sunbathe. Location on the strip. Well equipped kitchen. Pools, although we didn't get use them due to bad weather. Helpful staff. Happy hour. Overall we found it a very pleasant stay with friendly staff. The accomodation suited us being close to the town and beach. The location was excellent - easy access for old and new town. Food was ok, nothing fantastic but good value for money. Great food. great entertainment staff in the bar daniel and tanya very nice and friendly and reception staff are very nice. Great value, nice pool areas with plenty of sun loungers. Central location yet quiet. Fantastic value for money, clean, comfortable and a good atmosphere in the pool area. I liked everything, can't fault Atlantis las lomas.. Staff and cleaners very nice. Very clean, apartment was spacious. I felt safe being on my own, I am female 58. Every day the pools where cleaned and the rooms where kept tidy at all times. The place was very clean and most of the kitchen amenities were very good. what a lovely place to stay, i recommend to everyone i know. Very friendly very clean kids had a great time. The complex was very nice and clean. staff and location were excellent. Spacious Apartments and balcony. location location. Cleaned very regularly. Nice to have a kettle and toaster. Good value for money. I liked the bright spacious apartments and the staff who didn't bother you. Location is good. Appartment fairly spacious. Balcony with ocean view. Good facilities, convenient location for beach and amenities. Good value, decent position with a choice of pools. close to beach and shops. location. the only thing i can fault is the beds, they are soooo uncomfortable.. they are like bricks.. but id still go again and again. N/A. We didn't realise that wifi was not included in our price and this was charged at a rate of €6 per day. This should be included in the price. Other facilities such as safe was also charged and not included in the price. The interior is quite old fashioned and could do with an update. The only thing that we didn't like was the location of our room No. 309, it was down the very back and on the bottom floor so we got no sun in front of our apartment.. And also you could smell the sewers from the street, which wasn't very nice. Next time we would like to request a room beside the pool bar area. Crazy steep hill from strip to apartments. Although quite short. Bed clothes were not very comfortable. Areas of the apartment were very worn e.g doors, curtains. Room was beside noisy bottle banks. We asked for a double bed !!! We did not get one. The single bed were very very uncomfortable !!!!!!. Beds uncomfortable, reception staff not very friendly,. cardiac hill. At top of renowned 'cardiac hill' which is very steep but does give you some exercise. Only one engish tv station unless willing to pay 3 euro a day. I didn't like the beds. They were very very uncomfortable. the fridge wasnt cold enough,but that was minor! Wouldnt put us off staying there again. Bed not comfortable. Cardiac Hill Breakfast not great Poor entertainment at night Security a problem, 1 apartment broken into while we were there. I checked windows in ours and it had been broken into before. Quality of the beds was awful. the beds were very poor and uncomfortable. Surroundings are too hilly for us now unfortunately. Beds need to be upgraded, pool could do with being heated, water very cold. Paying extra for Wi-Fi a bit of a pain. Not suitable for unfit or older people as very steep up from beach. I didn't like when I got into trouble in the swimming pool and there was no ladder at the far side of the pool. I got distressed and had to pull myself out over the side of the pool which would of been nice had it been heated. Mattresses are terrible. The sofa was even worse. Room we stayed in was right at the back of the complex, even though it didn't appear full. Could have been better for children had we been nearer the front of the complex. Apartment needs some TLC, decoration, fittings etc are old and worn. Request to have broken lightbulbs replaced in lounge and kitchen was ignored, still no lights when we left after 5 days! The complex is used by package holidays, we suffered from some noisy groups. cleaning sheets not changed in 10 days. beds were uncomfortable and neighbours were noisy.
