  Hotel has very friendly staff willing to help with all sorts of questions. In the evenings there were very nice animations in the hotel. Hotel has its own swimming pool (part for kids and separate for adults) and apart from that is very close to the sea.   Without question, this hotel deserves only praise. Fantastic facilities, friendly staff, welcoming to families and not too big. Excellent location in less crowded part of the long beach strip and fantastic value for money, especially as it offers apartments rather than a hotel room. It's a lovely place and the staff are so friendly. They look after everything for you and I couldn't praise them enough. I'll be back.

  Staff were excellent and very friendly. The location which was 3 minutes from the beach and a lovely 30 minute walk from the port meant we could decide on a long or short walk each day ! Wide selection of restaurants from budget to cordon bleu.. - The prices. As we were travelling in april the costs were very low.

  The location was perfect with enough places to park a car (in the street, they don't offer a parking). The rooms are kept clean 5 days a week (not on Sunday and Wednesday). Close to the beach, numerous restaurants and souvenir shops. Has a nice swimming pool for hotel guests. Easy to get to all different parts of the island.   Location is amazing - Mal Pas is a few minutes ride from the old city of Alcudia, but completely other side of the Alcudia promontory, on the southbank of Pollensa Bay (Port d'Alcudia is located on the west side of Alcudia bay !). If you like hiking & wildlife, from the hotel you can start route to the highest mount Talaia d'Alcudia. Can highly recommend brea - The breakfast buffet is outstanding. Everything is nice & clean.
