  The staff were excellent, on every level. Very child friendly with kids club, indoor pool was a life send in the bad weather. Apartment was a great size for our family of 5. I can't say enough about the staff, they were so efficient. The entertainment at night for kids and adults was great. We're going back again!   You can hear absolutely everything taking place in the hotel. There was a band playing in the bar two floors below us and it was so loud my bed was shaking. We could hear the people in the next room cough and talk on the telephone.
