Please note that check-in hours are between 17:00 and 20:00. Check-in outside these times, or on Sundays or public holidays, carries a surcharge of EUR 50. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details. Air conditioning is available from June to September at an obligatory extra cost of EUR 125 per week. Outside these dates air conditioning is not available. Heating is available from October to May at an obligatory extra cost of EUR 18.75 per day. Outside these dates heating is not available. All extra charges must be paid 60 days in advance. The property manager will contact the guest with details once the booking has been made. Check-in and key collection takes place at Abahana Villas, Avenida Jaime I El Conquitador, 31, 03710, Calpe. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Abahana Villas, Centro Comercial Moravit, 306 Carretera Calpe-Moraira, 3724 Moraira. Please inform Abahana Villa el Salvador in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
