The staff were helpful and informative, the food in both the cafeteria and the restaurant were faultless and our room was spotlessly clean.   A good hotel, with excellent price/quality service. Away from the city centre and main turist atractions but with good acess to metro and bus. - staff extremely nice (and speaking at least english, spanish and french), amazing environment and the swimming pool is wonderful!
