The staff was really kind, even she went for us when we got lost and found one important thing for us and returned. Really great experience. Welcomed with a smile and very helpful staff in all matters. Definetly remommend this place. Very rustic and rural spain, great bus links at 1.50 euros into the centre of palma with great transport links to rest of island. We liked the busy, social vibe of the hostel. With this you get what you pay for, if you dont mind the hostel vibe. You'll be comfortable :-) we loved it.
所有评语 » The price is very competitive. Rooms have private baths. Staff and director are very friendly and available. Free internet available. It is not far away from the city of Palma and exactly in front of the main door there is a bus station. Big megastore is less than 1 km from it. on the edge of palma with bus stop out side, making the city easily accessible. shops close too. friendly staff. the staff were excellant and the room was ok. La cocina,. Close to the citycenter, cheap prizes, nearly there is a parking. The price. Young man who tried his best and did his best to be accommodating. Bus stop directly across street. nothing! This place should not be listed here!. nothing. nothing. Didn't mind washing our own sheets/towels but we weren't told. We had to figure it out. Lots of children, often unaccompanied. Families of 2+ will be cramped in the rooms. The first room had a lot of moisture, no windows and no heating: absolutily not healthy in autumn. Our complain was properly addressed and we obtained a comfortor and another room which was not affected by moisture. In the residence some single parents with children live permanently; the cohabitation can be stimulating but not relaxing, in particular in the evening if you try to fall aslep before 11,12 pm: I would not suggest this accomodotion if you are looking for peace and relax. due to the time of year, you can actually get better deals from hotels with lots more facilities. A/C swimming pool, sat T.v. in room. the kitchen was dirty and nothing looked the same as the pictures on the website. Locacion. Noise from corridor, big humidity inside. It was very noisy (families live there with their children), the kitchen and the tables outside are not clean at all, the room smelled cigarettes. We were not welcomed by the receptionist and nobody was speaking English. So not very welcoming. I would say that it is not a hotel but rather a youth hostel. Extremely basic. Tiny room (7'X12') with just a bed and a bathroom. Outskirts of the city, no amenities close by. - The rooms are dirty, especially the floor and the bathroom, sheets are ok. - The kitchen is filthy. - There are at least 3 or 4 families that live there, with a lot of kids. I think that something like 15 people in the total, they are ok, but the noise is almost unbearable. - The reception woman is rude. DO NOT STAY HERE! Where should I start. Poor location, impossible to find, rude staff, dirty rooms, filthy. I have pretty low standards and this place was absolutely the most awful place I've ever stayed in. that its listed as a hotel, its more of a hostel. if id have known that I would not have booked the rooms. there were kids running round till all hours of the morning, so not much sleep. a double room should not be bunk beds + once you have paid for a room no staff should go in there till you leave + take furniture out when you have gone to the shop. Reluctant staff, we assigned room on the road. filth, stench. It hostel lone mothers in need. The constant cries of children and disorder.
