  Very modern "Boutique" style hotel behind a traditional facade in the town centre. The staff were warm and friendly and the location is excellent for the town and sea front.   Excellent location, great budget hotel, lovely staff and great town. The hotel was perfect. We stayed two nights before we took our ferry home and I wished we had longer. Hotel is two mins from the beach and five mins from the 'old town' front. We stayed in a room with my partner and three children (7,5,2) and we were really comfortable.
