  it's very relaxed,the food is excellent and reasonable and the staff are very efficient and make you feel very welcome and nothing is a chore for them - The friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were. Very close toboth bus and train station. Nice place. Great breakfast

  The staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Everything I asked for and about was immediately and willingly dealt with - it was lovely to arrive late at night and be greeted with a smile!   Everything was perfect. extremely friendly staff. Every night there was an event being organized at the hostel (drinking, bbq, etc.) I met so many new and interesting people and we went as a couple, if you go as a company then I can assure you, you will have the time of your life.
