Stayed here twice..flying to Marrakech and on the return flight back to Madrid stayed overnight to fly out the next morning to the states. Very clean..had a problem with ac n after several complaints the manager moved us to a room where the ac was working. Decent food..but next door is a supermercado which is nice and we bought a bottle of Frangelico for $12 which is much more in the states. Nice and convenient to airport and their shuttle picks you up and takes you back. Taxis have min$35 char.
所有评语 » Breakfast was amazing starting from 4:00 am which is great for passengers taking early flights. I was given a room with poor internet connection which I really needed, when I requested another room for this reason I was given another one at once without any hassle and even the receptionist suggested if the problem persisted in the new room to tell him and he will connect me to the internet provider support directly. I was really impressed. The new room had very strong reception. Good transfer service airport-hotel-airport (although there are limited vacancies). Very close to the Madrid airport, it is excellent for transit. Even though I didn't take breakfast, it is comfortably available from 4 am. There's a computer available for printing your boarding pass or any other document. It is very clean and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, it's a pity I had to go to the airport at 6 am!. If you are looking for a cheap hotel near Barajas Airport, this is the place to stay! When we arrive to Madrid we took the shuttle to the hotel and in less than 10 minutes we were there. In the next day we had to take the Taxi to the airport because the shuttle only starts at 6am, but they arrange the taxi for you. Metro is in 600m, 7minutes walking. It will get more than 30minutes to the downtown but its ok. The location, minutes from the airport with free shuttle was great. Also, it is a brief 10 mibute walk from the Barajas metro station. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel has a 24 snack bar that was great. I enjoyed my stay there, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at the ibis hotel again. Conveniently located hotel close to the airport, but the rooms were soundproofed well so no issues of airport noise. The hotel also provides regular pick-up and drop-off free shuttle bus service to and from the airport, which is very useful. I liked the fact that the hotel is close to the airport and that there is a free shuttle bus (driver very friendly and supportive) to the airport. Also the hotel is situated in an ideal location with a lot of services. Excellent location close to airport and the Feria de Madrid which we were visiting. Very good value, very comfortable rooms, excellent evening meal and very helpful and friendly staff. What more could you ask for?. Clean, easy access from the airport, modest but functional room design, with a great value for the money. Supermarket next door and budget friendly restaurants nearby. Metro verry close, center of Madrid at about 30 min. The location is excellent, the hotel itself is clean and really comfortable. The restaurant opening hours are great if you are about to arrive late, and a late check out is also an advantage.. The shuttle was prompt, clean with a friendly service. There is a 500 m walk to the metro and the ride to the city center is about 30 mins and involves a number of changes. Limited TV channels with poor reception. nothing to dislike!. Close to the airport but a good 15-20 minutes metro ride (2-3 line changes) to the city center. Breakfast at 7.50 euros per person was too expensive for only having cold alternatives (no hot eggs or meats). no wi-fi in the room, no refrigerator in the room. a few details, nothing major: the lack of a paper bin, a toilet brush, or a kettle (in Ibis Dublin, for example, they have all these). I would have liked shampoo and conditioner in the room rather than the 3-in-one. There were not clear instructions-signs from the airport indicating how to go to the hotel. No drawers for clothing, shelf only. Air Conditioning was not turned on as it is activated seasonally. We opened windows for better ventilation. Restaurant bland with American food and little in neighborhood except American/English/Irish style pubs. Our room 214 had squeaky flooring so unable to walk without waking partner. shuttle bus is only from 6 AM till 11PM, if you will arive later, need to take a taxi! be carefull, taxi drivers try to cheat you and ask for 20 or more euro and the price is max 15, including the airport surcharge. Room was small. A little far from the Subway station if you have luggage. They should not announce having free Wi FI. Technically speaking it's there, but so painstakingly slow as to be utterly useless. You must pay 5€ to have WiFi and speed that is useful. So in my view it's very misleading to say the least to announce free Wi Fi when in reality it costs 5€ for 24 hours. Hotel Restaurant is good, but not cheap. The town nearby offers cosy spots to dine and have drink, better to discover that. I only stay one night to conect to another flight so I can not say anything. none. No bath changed dates at hotel if I had excess to pay why coudnt I just pay the diffrerence not recharged more bank charges as my bank is sterling I had paid up front by 6 months ?. -All tv channels in spanish -towel for the ground was dirty. would have liked tea-coffee making facilites in the room especially when you are getting up at 5.45am. Beds were just ok. Free Wifi is awfully slow... Feels like an ISDN line.
