Perfect! We stayed in the studio apartment right in Plaza Puerto de Moros and everything about this location was fantastic! The rental price was also a great value for the location!
Ximena was great to work with from the onset. She met us at and showed us around the apartment. She even sent us a list of recommendations upon her return to the office. She arranged our transport to the airport for very early in the morning.

Spacious and clean apartment with a good and well-equipped kitchen. Grocery stores nearby. Excellent location within a couple of minutes walk from La Latina underground and a walking distance from Plaza Mayor. Also a public parking garage very near. Friendly and helpful staff.
We loved our apartment in La Latina - it was clean, great basic furnishing and the location was perfect to base ourselves for our long weekend in Madrid. I would definitely recommend.

La Latina barrio is quite lively, so it can be a bit noisy during the weekends. We had no air-conditioning, so we had to keep windows open. Fourth floor apartment with no elevator.
A bit noisy from the street.
Facilities: limited number of towels, toilet papers etc.
Can't use internet during stay even if the staff had promised to
refund when it is not working but nothing. I had to get back to room
when they checked internet. I paid 30 Euros more because of late check
in but it is not indicated on invoice.
